| yeah you can, dont know how much they cost. a mate of mine gets them cheap but they dont contain a lot so he has to take loads and loads of caps half way through his workout so that it is in his system by the end of it. You dont have to make a seperate drink mate, you just add a teaspoon of the stuff to your protein drinks. other times i just stick a spoonfull straight in my mouth and take a drink of water. Glutamine should just melt in your mouth anyway. Reflex stuff does. |
