You can easily get by with beans, pluses, fish and of course eggs (please tell me you're not vegan).
Pasta, a low sugar tomatoe sauce and fish is fine IMO.
Write out exactly what you eat and when.
EG
Breakfast 8am porridge, shake
10am Tuna Salad
12pm Steak and Rice mmmm steak (only joking mate

)
