i have used both Halo and MT in my opinion MT mixed with something like Oxytest is amazing for strength.
MT does not rev you up instantly but definatly gives you strength when using it mix it with the Oxytest and you get strength and a boost in energy in the gym.....although the OT is a painfull jab....
