| Pre work out PSCARBs or other clever dudes! I have not used chequedrops/methyltest before I do sometimes (eg max lifts) use halo 20mg night before workout 20mg first thing and then train, it does have an effect specially my nervous system a bit revved. I guess with your experience you would have tried various methods how do you compare halo/cheque/methyltest and how close to your workout do you take it? |
