The only way you can have a dangerous amount of it is if you were to cram so much in your mouth that you suffocated.

The reference to 60% may well have meant 60% higher than the 'safe' limit (though I would argue that any is unsafe). Tuna, are by thier nature a very large, old fish when harvested so will have accumulated a lot of toxins in thier system by then. If it were 60%, none of the b*ggers would survive to be harvested. Think about it & don't believe everything you read.
