personally CEE didn't really give me the strength increase i thought it would compared to just Mono.... infact i felt mono was better... i found taking mono twice on training days and once on rest days for 4 weeks on weeks off really worked a treat!! but everyone is different and reacts to supps in different ways!
If you didn't take mono properly then how will you know if CEE is gonna be any different?
