If you are gaining or increasing the weight the chances of being overtrained at low. This doesn't mean to say you aren't on your way to overtraining however.

Generally, you'll "just know". You'll struggle to get out of bed, have a short fuse, sometimes dred the gym etc...It takes a while to realise sometimes, you think you're getting a cold or something like that.
