ok so i had a small dinner of beef , chicken and spinach. took 3 caps of caffeine stepped waited 30 mins stepped outside to go to the bus stop,took a puff on my cig, puked..walked on thank god its over, took another puff, puked,thru basically a full cig away,so for revenge i killed the workout. last time i got db press 32kgs for 12 this time i got 38kgs for 8. full stack v bar pushdowns x 15. 30 full press ups,10 of which slow. lots of other exercises and 2 sets of abs for fun :P so even though ive probably had under 1500 cals so far today i killed it.
