Before every one tells you its total **** i have to say i used it many years ago and i liked it a lot and gained size on the two products,however, i had never used creatine or protein supps before and it is HIGHLY over priced, dont bother buying it again as you can get just as good for cheaper but you should like the product.
Personally i dont see any reason to do the loading stage.
