I know squat about gear but even still that seems impossible to me.
depends on how big he was prior to the first pic

take a 200lb bb'er

give him junk food and stop him training for a year

he is now 170lbs

now give him 500-1000mg gear per week, with 5000kcals and let him loose in the gym

he may even get heavier than the origonal 200lbs in 20 weeks
