Cool True's Laying Waste To The Weights

no pun intended, i wanted to post this a couple of days cos ive been posting it on another board so i'll compile them into one so far.



ok tonight was the start of something that was inevitable,it's been coming since i came out of hospital in july, i finally made it tonight,i became the beast i once was.

the weights didnt stand a chance,they were miles behind me.my rotator cuff suffered quite an injury for a while so ive been rehabbing it and it feels pretty great now, i managed to start on the 22kg dumbell pressing and got 6 easy ,24's,26's,28's,32s i got for 12 reps. no stabiliser problems so i was pretty damn happy with that! i had the loud music in my ears,fast paced beats hard hitting lyrics.i was going set to set busting it up. i went onto the shoulder press machine and set a record of the 20th plate for 12 reps then onto various other free weights taking 1hr 15 mins total.

looked into the mirror when i was done wiv my top off in the changing rooms and i was PUMPED someone even commented on it.veins coming out more big delts big arms big chest. (id trained chest tris delts bis abs) i totally killed it tonight. went outside and had a cigarette and put on some relaxin music and my world spun, i truly made it back into the game tonight. and its so exciting.

i've slowly been upping my workpace from 1 workout every days to a workout every day, now 2 workouts a day with one being cardio and one weights. spaced by at least 6 hours.this is the best i've looked naturally.read my other post for more news on that..IM BACK! thanks to the guys who gave me inspiration reading your pro logs!

ok cardio yday morning i killed it i was uppin the speed by 1 speed every 30 seconds then half of that for 30 till i got to speed 9 for a whole minute then 3 laps of a pretty big pool which is pretty fit for me. doing squash night on tuesday and back into 5 a side on wednesday soon so need my fitness! my body still aches from the workout so i took yday eve off. hittin the gym at 6.30 am today then later in the evenin for a freeweight workout.

just hit a minute under my previous running time and did four laps of the pool then a protein shakeee

i ran a kilometer in under 10 minutes and 2km in under 5 on a bike. so i ran another minute under my last time. so im fit enough for football and squash now, gnna smash those old geezers about even though i smoke like a steam engine!

right so im currently at 18st 3. so thats 255 pounds. unsure of body fat but you can see my top two abs and the middle two coming through i'll take some pics tomorrow probs. trained back yesterday and it absolutely killed and hurts real bad today. did my cardio today, 1km in 9mins 30 HIIT (so runnin 30 secs walkin 30 secs) so im pretty impressed with that then did 2km on the bike in 5 mins so happy with that. gettin fitter and fitter! no weights today as im sore everywhere. chest delts and tris tomorrow. let me know your thoughts guys!
