| Re: Spots!!! A typical day of eating for me is:
7am - 125g oats and 30g whey
11am - 5 wholemeal slices of bread with chicken breast, lettuce, peppers and onoins
3pm - around 100g unsalted nuts
7pm - stir-fry with chicken and veg in sesame oil and soy with brown rice or egg noodles
10pm - 225g cottage cheese and 1 pint of semi-skimmed milk
I think this is pretty clean myself. I may not eat all the meals in one go, i may eat half then the other half an hour or two later. But, its only the last week or so that ive started coming out in spots. |
