Rowing machine- 5 mins x 2 im not too good on this machines kills me!!
Planks, side planks, crunches
Running- 20mins
Cross trainer- 15mins

Should i do weights and cardio on same day?
I usually do cardio everyday.

And also do you know anything about diet fuel usn, or a similar product? thanks mate
