| "Come back whey your stronger" I have recently been following a training program where you simply "come back when you are stronger". I do one exercise per bodypart and do not return to the gym till i feel i can lift more than the previous session. This could mean only working a bodypart once every week or even every two weeks, which a lot of people claim isnt enough. I have made more gains in the last 2 months of using this type of training than i did the previous year of more frequent, less intensive training.
Has anyone else tried this method of training and what are your views? |
