Hello Gang.

Ok, ive finally finished a new website which I think will be a good addition to the board.

The site is called UMuscle.com and it is a Video sharing website, similar to YouTube.com.

Feel free to sign up and have a play and upload and share videos.

Here is a good tool for obtaining videos:

Hopefully Umuscle.com will grow into a very useful resource for training and bodybuilding.

Unfortuntally I have not had a chance to upload many videos yet as I have been to busy with the actual design and testing of the site.

So, get over to UMuscle.com and start uploading and sharing all your goodies!
