| Re: Training Frequency Thanks for the reply, ok so because i only train around 1-2 exercises per bodypart and stop just short of failure i should be able to modify my routine as such:
Mon Chest/Triceps/Abs
Tues Legs/Biceps/Forearms
Wed Shoulders/back
Thurs
Fri Chest/Triceps/Abs
Sat Legs/Biceps/Forearms
Sun
Mon Shoulders/back
Tue Chest/Triceps/Abs
and so on...
please feel free to comment, and remember this is only while i am using steroids- no way in hell could i get away with that frequency when i am not. |
