6 weeks is a good rest and i would expect slight improvement,however my shoulder took about 8 months to fully recover.
In that time i honestly thought i would be stuck with the pain for the rest of my life,i could not even lie on the affected side for the first couple of months and any form of movement was very painful.
dru,you will be surprised what a good sports physio can do for you,it wont be cheap but book yourself in asap and get the treatment started. |
