| Re: Please help guys! Not sure why you would see a Chiropractor for this kind of problem. Rest for starters, then avoid anything behind the head or up right rows in the long term. They murder my left shoulder so I simply don't do them. How do you sleep? On your shoulder or with your shoulder raised?
A Physio should give you some rehabilitation exercises to do and from there some strengthening exercises. Rest and maybe a sling for a couple of days will help the healing - it did for me.
