| Re: DaPs Progress Thread I used to have a nipple piercing when i was in my mid teens also it gave me an excuse to the show the birds at my school my abbs when i lifted up my shirt to show them the piercing LOL.
I would drop the db bench and do normal barbell press i also honestly wouldnt bother with any other exercises than bench squat and deadlift for 6 months and get those lifts as high as possible trust me in the long run you will be glad the other exersises just hinder recovery. |
