| Re: DaPs Progress Thread Started at the gym doing basic compound exercises for two months, two days of weights and two days of cardio, which consist of:
3x10 Deadlifts
Squats
Flat Dumbbell Bench
Dumbbell shoulder press
Dumbbell Bentover Rows
Cardio is ten minutes on cycle bike, cross trainer, running machine etc for one day, the other is cardio with abs training.
After that i will go onto a bigger routine which is a three day split with more isolation etc. |
