It was a great experiance and shame i didnt have enough time to make it in the MW as like i said i weighed in at 80.5. Reckon i would have given the 2nd guy in the MW a run for his money!

My physique as im told always improves the more im on stage i guess its just one of those things..but i was well pleased with my condition..maybe a bit flat but im quite sensitive to bloating and i didnt want to take any chances. In the changing room i could see details in my physiqaue that ive never seen before like feathers in my hamstrings and really propoer deep cord cuts in my triceps and proper christmas tree. Not sure if you could see that on stage.

One of my freinds already got his DVD and said i was the best conditioned out of all the LHW and my hams were freaky :crazy: .

It weired the more i eat at the moment the bettter im looking ive put on about 10lb put still not far off stage physique! Maybe a lesson there! (eat loads of steak leading up to the show!)

Keith you did yourself proud and look forward to seeing MK2 next year!

Paul always a freind to me and someone i have a lot of respect for.

There are a lot of idiots in bodybuilding and a lot of people who need to show some humility!

Anyway better go to eat i mean work!
