Very informative though and a lot of effort has gone into this.. but i do my cardio 'AM' before breaky.. havent had any noticable muscle loss (by measuring weekly) ...but certainly noticable fat loss... so i'll be sticking with whats working for me. I dont think people give it enough effort, which is why they struggle to lose fat. Up the cardio... and bingo..lol. |
