ok...so where is the factual proof?

you see daps you are getting mixed up here, there is a difference between proof/fact...and your own opinions and experiences

i am not disputing what you say.....i have trouble with aspartame myself, but its a whole overload of the stuff when dieting over years from ALL foods and drinks that it contains, which has given me an allergic reaction to the stuff

artificial sweeteners, colours, flavours etc are very bad for us in high doses over long periods...for this you are correct

moderate use of these substances are ok, and a useful tool for building a nutritional tool

if you explain yourself without making sweeping statements, you will be understood

of course statements are fine with credited studies or scientific data

i am not digging you daps, just trying to help ok?
