| Re: water or milk???? i have to agree with Bulldozer if you are not advanced as in you want or need to stay lean year round then drink it with milk but it will throw off your numbers concerning protein and carbs so just allow for this.
I never use Milk never have done as i dont see the point, i have never been in such a rush to put weight on that i need the added Cals milk gives you(5g of sugar per 100ml)
