| Re: Maltodextrin If you take malto or dextrose pre or during it is unlikely to make you fat as weight training supresses insulin response. It would be good if it did realease insulin during the work out as it's anti catabolic however this would probably make you drowsy and definatly lower any GH response you'd get from the workout.
Work out nutrition is way over played.
