Both Dextrose and Malto are processed foods and so by definition junk. As you've bought it already I'd go a 50/50 mix of this and oat powder post workout, this will be fine unless your carb sensitive.
I can't say that I agree with you. I would say that PWO dex/malt mix along with protein is tough to beat. Especially when compared to low GI carbs like oats.

What you are proposing is quite contradictory to well established bodybuilding staples.

I don't disagree with the fact that you are basically pouring sugar candy down your throat, but there is a reason for it.
