You will be far better off giving yourself a break and not aggrivating this problem. When you start off lifting again, its probably not the smartest thing in the world to throw 160 kilos on the bar and start bench pressing. Allow you tendons to get use to the load and build up to lifting heavy.
I am guessing you are a lot younger and your body will heal much quicker than someone like me, but like I said earlier, don't push it and end up having surgery. It is a very slow recovery and you do not realize how much you use your elbows. |
