Rest,ice/heat treatment and anti inflammatories(either gel to the site or orally).See a physio for proper diagnosis(do not train in mean time)
It needn't be too much of a problem.Follow the advice given and you will be back before long,keep chin up and use this as an excuse to train your legs! |
