journal so i put it in here hopw thats ok with everyone.
A littel about me so u know why i'm here ect i was about a yr ago going to take up BBbut never got round to it coz of girls cars work ect but now iv relised that its somthing i would realy love to do and take up it always has been but i just needed to tell myself to get up and go out and train eat and rest properly which i never did.
But now i'm motivated to get on with it what steps have i taken
iv bought all the sups i need just basic 1s nuthing fancy
joined the gym
bought few things i need like a blender wighe scales ect
read a lot more than i have before on it STILL LEARNING always will be

Anyway a littel about me stats as follows
AGE=just turned 20 last month
wight 183lbs will confirm this at the gym on monday as i was 13.8 2 weeks ago lol
hight 5ft9-10
neck 15.5
biceps R 13" L 13"
forarms 11 1/2 "
chest 38.5"
the biggest bar of my belly 35"
waist 34.5
top of my leg L 23" R 23"
calfs 16"
i will update these every month hopfully i would have grown a bit if i dont see much increase in size hopefully i will but if i dont i'll have to have a look at my whole way i'm going about it what i'm doing is simple and has worked for loads of people so hopfully with my time dedication and workin hard it should work for me.
thats all done tiddy now so i know where i am
first goal is to reach 190lbs
second goal is to reach 195lbs
3rd goal is to reach 200lb before x-mas hopefully
long term goal is to reach 220 natty then cut to around 200ish and see how i look
i'm not looking for all mass and no fat i'm willing to put a littel bit of fat on but i aint to worried about it as if i need to in 3-4months hopfully see how i am if i need to cut i will do so but were all difrent and would be nice to see how i gain
my daily food target is
3200cals
250-300 protein
350-400carbs
60-70g of good fats
sups i will be useing for the next month to see how i do are

mrp for meal replacment for work hrs once a day

my routine in the gym is
3 day split
monday
tuesday
friday
will be doing simple compound movement here either 3x8 or 3x10 3x12
i will be working realy hard once i hit the gym get in get out and eat and rest.
hopfully after talking to ah on here about natty contests id like to maby next yr or 2009 look at going to shows dependsing on how i gain/look after x-mas i should know what sort of gains i am capable of.
i will post my diet and workout when i know its working for me as if i post it now and people copy it (
newbies) and it dont work it aint a waste of your time then. but will post ina week or 2.
i'm doing this journal to keep track of my progess and if i can get fitter bigger or help 1 person from doing this it will be all worth it
