Help on Full Body Workouts? hi to everyone, im pretty new to this body building stuff, basicali i joined the gym about a month back and iv been going around 2/3 times a week doing full body workouts, so im doing Triceps, Biceps, Chest, Back, Legs everything. but im worried im overtraining? is that too much a week?
im also sticking to a fairly healthy diet and im on Whey Protein.
