| Re: Creatine: CEE vs MONO which is better I've used creatine on and off for about 12 years.
First used it at University, ended up writing a research paper on it and proving scientifically that it works. That was all mono in those days and really before it went big. (Think £25 for 100g!!!!)
I'm still in touch occasionally with Paul Greenhaff at Nottingham Uni still, this guy is pretty much the world leader in Creatine research, as you'll see if you do any journal searches on the stuff. Just out of interest and fair play to the guy, he replies to me emails!!!
Now I use CEE from CNP, I respond best to it, hold very little water and don't get any digestive discomfort.
But its something I treat with care, I've had the raised creatinine levels (not so much a liver measure, its a kidney indicator but shows in Liver Function Tests), but cycling it and drinking plenty of water definitely helps and gets better results.
Creatine combined with glutamine is comparable to some short weak courses IMO. With less water retention and less likelihood to lose the whole lot at the end of it.
Definitely interested in people's expereinces of CEE vs Mono.
