I do supplement with glucosamine, MSM & condroitin.
Ive been very careful about warming up for a good while now, particulary with regards to my shoulders.
I think i may go to my physio once i return to uni in a week or so time just for a check up. I swear i spend all my money there

mind you i dont drink so it evens out.
Just to add mate, ive noticed that there is a small area on my upper back, just round from my posterior delts that hurts if i apply pressure. could this be RC or shoulde related?
