I bought this after hearing a lot of people having sucess with it and decided to use it whilst i am training rather than before. I noticed slightly better pumps and definatley helps me keep going towards the end of my workout. My typical supplement intake on training days starting with pre workout is PHD Synergy, the new MSTAK, NO XPLODE during and REFLEX MICROWHEY post workout i have noticed a pretty good increase in my arms and shoulders
Does anybody else drink during a workout instead of before?
