Eskimos eat little if any carbs, they are healthy and have some of the lowest heart disease of any culture in any time.
Oh, no cavities either and no mental health issues.

You can live without carbs.

Of course for the bodybuilder carbs are a good thing for ATP fuel, and glycogen, not to mention the anabolism associated with insulin.
