I dont train to failure on any muscle so shouldnt be an issue (AFAIK). But weirdly even if i do a couple of sets of forearm curls they stay pumped for hours after - even when I got up this morning they are still rock hard
Anyway, this afternoons plan is 2 x 20kg weights in my rucksack and then go for a nice long walk.:lift::lift:
