From the recent pictures he is not that fat but lacks muscle tone hence my advice.
by modifing a diet does not mean go for mass building which is not what i said but it is possible to do a clean bulk and make clean gains...
so what percentage of fat do you recommend he stops at to build muscle?? 15%/10%/8%/5% |
no offence to the guy, but he looks pretty fat to me. Only prob with advice is being more comfused by getting tons of different opinions.. lol.
I think its pretty much taken for granted he wont give up resistence training, as he never should which should be obvious to him to not stop lifting weights? just not to concentrate on bulking which will not allow him to drop that fat with less cardio and still highr cals.. and concentrate on upping his cardio, cutting down on the bad sugars/cals and get his ass sweating that fat off every day. The resistence training will give him good muscle tone/shape.... he wont be a big mass of muscle... but looking leaner/good. Eat every 3 hrs smaller meals ...drink your 8 pints of water.. to keep the metabalism flowing.. and be patient.
He looks about 25% fat might just be that pic... but looks like a good coat. We all have our own opinion but this isnt a dig at anyone.. I just think this is what I would chose to do.. BUT I hate fat and would chose fat loss over bulking for more mass... get down to a more healthier level of fat... 15% would be a good goal..but who genuinely ever knows there accurate fat % (not anything too crazy...this is acheivable) it would take motivation. Then he will be looking lean and fitter and healthier faster imo.
