Re: Varying the rep range

i normally do about 8 for arms and max of 12 for big bodypart, but to be honest it varies a lot on how i am feeling on the day as i never do the same workout twice in a row, i dont log down my weights as i am not in the slightest bit interested in how strong i am, i just love high intensity workouts, you know the ones that make you throw a whitey after lol
