Well...i received the VPX - NO Shotgun about 2 days ago.
Today was my first day using it - overall
not impressed.
I had my pre-workout meal at 11.00; 100g Oats w/ 200ml milk (whole

), 1 wholemeal roll and 30g whey. Always have this 2 hours before training.
Read the VPX tub, said 1 scoop 20mins before workout for optimal results, so at 25 to 1 i took 1 scoop with water in my shaker and it was pretty damn rank, not sure what flavour its meant to be but its pretty sickly! Anyways, drunk it fine, re-filled the shaker a little to get the remaining bits of powder out.
Got to the gym feeling slightly bloated from it, sat in the changing rooms for 10mins and it kinda subsided, but i kept repeating it. Went on the recumbant cycle for 3mins moderate intensity then 2 sets of 20 rep hack squats with 15k each side to warm up.
Started to feel a little sick, waited 5mins, then onto front squats, warmed up with 15reps - just the bar. Then added 5 each side and another 15 reps - and started to feel sick. Stretched out a little, put 15 a side on started, and from rep 1 thought i was going to puke:(
Only did like 12 reps, took it to 20kg each side, started again, from rep 1 felt i was going to puke, did about 8 reps and stopped and just felt like puking! So i waited 5mins drunk some more plain water, sat down and thought id try the leg press but with feet close together and at bottom for more emphasis on quads, just put 120 on there - did about 6 reps and felt sick...AGAIN!!
Soooo i went onto SLDL's, put 10 each side on and started to do some slow warm up reps, felt sick. Put 15 each side, did about 5 and got p1ssed off so just left the gym.
Got to work still feeling REALLY sick. Its now like 2hours after the workout, iv had my protein shake, couldnt manage my oats and i STILL feel sick!!!
Worst gym session on legs iv ever had.
As for vascularity, pump, mental focus etc -
NOTHING
So far, im very glad someone sent me it and i didnt have to pay! But, its early days and i could just have a stomach bug? So tomorrow ill use Inner Armours pre-workout formula again, see how i am with that, then friday ill try the VPX on chest and biceps day and report back.
Though after just todays experience i would give it like 1/10 seriously. As i said, it might be a little early and i might be coming down with something, but it did absolutely NOTHING positive for me and just screwedup my workout, made me feel sick even now and it tastes pretty rough.
Annoying as i was really excited about using it!!:(
