| Re: Rightyho This sport is a learning curve so no need to be hard on yourself. Despite the best advice, even I have made mistakes when in show day mode. Your head simply is not in a rational place, it happens to the best of us. In time, you learn to ignore the urge to do something ill advised & stick to the basics. I've had the odd run in with lasix & seen
1st hand what it can do to a Bber. Nasty stuff. It's scary stuff too & can be very dangerous. Aldactone is far more predictable & is potassium sparing as well so it's less likely to flatten you out. Gotta be careful with the bananas & potassium tabs though if using aldactone as if the levels get too high, it can cause a heart attack.
I have a cunning plan now based on how I've seen you respond to the carbs/sodium & diuretics etc so if you want to get up there & show everyone what you are really capable of, I'll get you ready for Birmingham. It'll be a good show with Wade, Clarkey & you all on stage in different classes. I'll mosey on down & support you all.
