| Re: cutting to bulking then bulking to cutting well you are talking about switching from non steriod meds to steroids so no time off will be needed....
As for the calories for me i dont change them year round i stay lean so dont need to, if you lower calories to lose fat you do it in such a way that you keep all the muscle you gained and shed the fat and water so really you could do this the day after you complete the bulking cycle if your diet is good then you won't lose any muscle you have gained the key is knowledge of foods and diet...i hope this has answered your question??
