I have done the low carb thing and yes, it works... but not for ever... This cutting phase has been a year now...
oh and steve.t... height is 5'8" not short, but certainly not the tallest either....
Sure, I am tempted to look at aas, I even bought some on holiday, but I'm still not convinced that I'm ready for them. I don't know enough about all the sides on fat blokes to think about taking them now... all the guys here using seem to be a lot lower in the bf% and are trying to gain weight, not lose it. I think I would be confusing weight gain with fat gain. I do understand that having more muscle means higher maintenance cals but its too tight a line for me to walk just yet.
If one of the big guys here were training me then it would just be a case of do what they say but I'm not being trained per se. I am training, but my goals are not to compete yet.... one day, I would like to do a competition.. just to say that I had done it but realistically.. getting to 10% would be a fantastic step for me. |
Ur probably right about that buddy. on the side of trying to lower ur body fat, well the lowest i ever managed to get it without steriods was probably about 14%, but as soon as i started taking dianabol, i did bulk up on muscle, but my body fat did drop down to 10%, testosterone from my personal experience(granted is pretty limited at the mo lol (bout 18months)) makes u gain weight but in the form of pure muscle and the fat goes away. im now on my fifth week of 500mg of sustanon,35mg dianabol ed, with 20mg of nolvadex, and 75mg of proviron, and the gains are fantastic, im getting stronger, the muscle looks defined and hard. the low carb diet looks like its working, its been a week now and during the week i felt stronger in the gym.....i was expecting to lose energy cause of the lack of complex carbs! anyways on another note ive just started adding clenbuterol, 2day was my second day and i only took 40mcg in the morning but a few hrs later while at work i felt really shakey(the same kinda feeling if u have a low blood sugar level) i had a glass of milk and some ice cream thinking it was a low sugar problem....but that didnt cure it. anyone else had similar symptoms? the strange thing is this evening i took just 20mcg and i felt fine. did i take too much in the morning?
