I was 19 stone, i'm currently 14st 12lbs. It has dropped in a year. realistically, i have set a goal to drop a stone by the end of october which fits with 2lbs a week. my last bodyfat % worked out to 18/19%
I would love to see 10%
Personally I feel the BF% to be more of a measure than pure scale weight although the scale is the main measure. scale weights I would like to see it in the low 13 st area. Ultimately, I want to see my abs.... and if I have some muscle too that would be a bonus!
