I hadn't planned on anything else regarding catabolism, apart from training and diet. My primary objective is fat loss. I actually didn't lose muscle mass last time on clen. If you think it might happen then is there an alternative. I hadn't considered aas at this point because a) I'm a fat git still and b) I only have a years training behind me.
Now my diet is better than it ever has been but I'm not sure that it is ready completely for aas. I'm running a low carb diet at around 2200 cals daily (which is an 800 cal restriction on my maintenance level) to try and drop weight with regular clean carb bursts to keep things moving. Clean carbs such as fibrous veggies, sweet pots, brown rice rather than a couple of doughnuts....
If you think I should be doing something different then I'm open to suggestions.
