| what a difference a year makes
here are a couple of oics ive just foung on my camera from last year when i tore both latrial medialis and vastus medialisus of the knees squatting ,(sorry abut the spelling guys), in laymans terms i tore all the quads off both knees . pic 1 is 20th jan 06 9 hours after the accident

pic 3 is 1 year after
