| Re: Guidance on Glutamine & Creatine I like glutamine myself, find it helps with my immune system / recovery. Research is inconclusive on it but it seems to do the job for me! I take glutamine first thing in the morning and last thing at night ( about 5gms ), and 1.5gms of CEE 45mins before a workout and straight after. On non training days one dose in morning and one in evening.
