This stuff does nothing except give me a bit of a headache. Same with any type of creatine & most other supps I've tried. I seem to be 'immune' to them.

I do like the taste of it though. I've got the raspberry flavour one which reminds me of the tangy blue raspberry sweets I used to buy by the 1/4 as a kid.

I'm going to give it one more go & then chuck.
