too many MTB stacks im afraid..
as for stiff legged deads - i can't do them as my lower back is overdeveloped, hams are tight and working on flexibility to take the stress off my lower back.. unless someone else has an explanation for it?? think the quads are too developed for my hams? if that is the case i will have to try and do some stiff legs or good mornings. or at least hammy curls.
