I used the powder, but it is very fine and tastes very nasty, so I'd go with the ready capped ones myself.
There has been a bit written on this site before about it, by myself and Hackskii who both found it to be of great benefit. | im going to look into that stuff as im recovering from tennis elbow....twice ive had it
