currently does about 20 mins on the treadmill (jogging) and 10 mins on the bike.. level 5, 10 mins, RPM between about 80-90..
told her to keep up the jogging on the treadmill, hill instead of flat for 20 mins.. 10 mins on bike level 5.. intervals 3mins off / 1 min on... 80-90 off, 110-120 on.. |
