| friend wants to lose a couple of kgs my friend just got a job as a promo girl. she used to work as a promo girl when she was a lot thinner but has put on 5kgs over the last couple of years. her diet is pretty clean as it is but i was just confirming a few things...
breakfast she usually has oats
snack - not too sure here.. ill ask.
(my suggestion here would be a serving of low fat yogurt or something similar)
lunch - tuna & salad
snack - again - not sure...
(my suggestion would be some nuts and a piece of fruit)
dinner - meat & vegies
currently takes no supplements, and as for EFA's i don't think she has many either..
